Sally Rayman was a former City Council Member for the City of Mascotte in Lake County, Florida, where she served her community in local government. Flags are being lowered to honor her memory and her public service. The order was issued by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Flags of the United States and the State of Florida are to be flown at half-staff at Mascotte City Hall and the other locations named in the order on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from sunrise to sunset.
