Flags at Half-Staff for Cheri Davis

Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy has ordered the state and United States flags to fly at half-staff on September 22, 2026, to honor former Alaska State Representative Cheri Davis. Davis served in the Alaska House of Representatives from 1989 to 1992, representing the Ketchikan area. During her legislative tenure and her earlier work on the Ketchikan School Board, she advocated for improved educational facilities and infrastructure in Southeast Alaska.
