Wisconsin Governor issued this state flag order honoring Major General James G. Blaney, former Adjutant General of the Wisconsin National Guard. General Blaney served with distinction from 1960 through his retirement in 2002, leading the Wisconsin Army and Air National Guard and Division of Emergency Management. His legacy of dedication and service to the nation and state is commemorated through this solemn flag protocol.
