Flags at Half-Staff for Brad Fisher

Governor Mike Braun directed flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Lynn Town Marshal Brad Fisher, who was killed in the line of duty on July 29, 2026. Fisher was struck by a suspect vehicle while attempting to deploy a tire deflation device during a police pursuit in Randolph County. He was a 27-year veteran of law enforcement who also served as a firefighter, EMT, and fire captain. Governor Braun ordered flags to be lowered in Randolph County from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, August 2, 2026, the day of Fisher's funeral.
