Flags at Half-Staff for Lori A. Boelkes

Governor Tony Evers signed Executive Order #255 honoring Lori A. Boelkes, a dedicated volunteer firefighter and emergency medical responder who passed away in the line of duty on February 27, 2025, at age 56. Boelkes served the communities of New Auburn and Warrens for over a decade, earning recognition for her bravery and sacrifice. The flags were flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on March 15, 2025, in recognition of her considerable impact and committed service to those she helped throughout her career.
