Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders ordered flags to half-staff on May 30, 2026, to honor Fireman Third Class Royle Bradford Luker, a 17-year-old Navy sailor from North Little Rock who was killed during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. The governor proclaimed May 30 as a day of remembrance to recognize his service, sacrifice, and devotion to his country.
