Flags at Half-Staff for Bradley Ritger

Gov. Tony Evers signed Executive Order #305 directing that the flags of the United States and the State of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff to honor Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper Bradley Ritger. Ritger, 29, died on October 2, 2026, from injuries he sustained in the line of duty. He was hurt on September 21 while responding to a traffic pursuit on I-94, where he fell from a bridge in Dunn County after deploying a tire deflation device. The order marks the memorial services held on October 10, 2026.
