Flags at Half-Staff for Lindsey Graham

Governor Tate Reeves of Mississippi ordered flags to be flown at half-staff through July 18, 2026, in honor of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, who passed away on July 11, 2026. This order was issued at the request of President Donald Trump to honor Graham's longstanding service in Congress and his commitment to the nation. Graham, a former Air Force lawyer and close ally of President Trump, served in the U.S. House and Senate for over three decades, playing a significant role in American foreign and defense policy.

Flag protocol

Flags shall be flown at half-staff beginning July 13, 2026, and continuing through 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026. At 6:00 p.m. on July 18, the flags shall be raised back to full staff.
