Flags at Half-Staff for Liz Conmy

North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong directed all U.S. and North Dakota flags to be flown at half-staff on Friday, May 1, in honor of state Representative Liz Conmy of Fargo. Conmy, who represented District 11 in the North Dakota House of Representatives since 2022, died on April 25 at age 67 in a plane crash in Minnesota. She was remembered for her dedicated service on education, habitat, and immigration issues, as well as her work on the state's Human Trafficking Commission.
