Flags at Half-Staff for David Pabst and Teresa Pabst

Governor Tony Evers ordered flags to half-staff in Wisconsin on July 19, 2025, to honor David Pabst, who served as director of the Wisconsin State Patrol Bureau of Transportation Safety and Technical Services for over 12 years, and his wife Teresa 'Teri' Pabst, a special education teacher. The couple, both 64, were killed in their Middleton home. The state recognized their decades of dedicated public service and their profound impact on Wisconsin communities.
