Flags at Half-Staff for Kendall Corder

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers ordered flags to half-staff to honor Milwaukee Police Officer Kendall Corder, who died on June 29, 2025, after being shot in the line of duty. Officer Corder, a six-year veteran of the Milwaukee Police Department, was ambushed while responding to a call for a person with a weapon on June 26. His funeral service was held on July 11, 2025, where he was remembered for his dedication to protecting the community and his legacy as a beacon of light to his fellow officers and the citizens he served.
