Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida issued a state order directing U.S. and Florida flags to be flown at half-staff across all state and local buildings throughout Florida following Senator Lindsey Graham's death on July 11, 2026. The order was issued pursuant to a presidential proclamation by President Donald Trump. Senator Graham, a Republican from South Carolina who served with distinction in the U.S. Senate, passed away at age 71.

Flags of the United States and the State of Florida shall be flown at half-staff at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida until 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026.
