Flags at Half-Staff for Lindsey Olin Graham

United States Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina passed away on July 11, 2026, following a brief and sudden illness. Governor Josh Green of Hawaiʻi issued an executive order lowering flags at all state offices, agencies, and the Hawaiʻi National Guard to honor Graham's life, service, and legacy. Graham was a prominent foreign policy voice who advocated for support of Ukraine and maintained strong relationships across party lines throughout his 24-year Senate career.
Flag protocol
Flags shall be flown at half-staff at all state offices, agencies, and the Hawaiʻi National Guard from July 13, 2026 through July 18, 2026.
