Flags at Half-Staff for Boyd Lavell Eddins

Governor Mark Gordon ordered U.S. and Wyoming flags lowered to half-staff to honor Boyd Lavell Eddins, a former Wyoming state senate president and Lincoln County commissioner. Eddins, born in 1933 to a ranching family in Thayne, Wyoming, served the state with distinction before passing away in December 2025. His memorial service was held in Afton, Wyoming, celebrating his notable legacy of public service and dedication to his community.
