How the purchase works
You ask for a quote below and get a written one back, with a W-9 if your office needs one on file. You raise a purchase order against it. We invoice, and the invoice is due in 30 days. Service starts when the invoice is issued, not when it is paid — so your buildings are covered while your finance office works. One-year terms.
